Founder
Hi! I’m Christi. Wife and mother to four kids. I was the previous owner of L'Attrait Salon in Oregon where I also worked as a hair dresser and esthetician. As a result, I fell into my passion for helping women in entrepreneurship and became the networking chapter leader for MOBs and helped women gain the skills and drive to succeed in their many endeavors. Today, as a stay at home mom during Covid homeschooling my children, I revisited the idea of a retreat business with my good friend Nicole. We had seen the need in the market for retreats that cater to women on the importance of self-care by incorporating manageable activities that contribute to ones overall mental health and well being. Thus Refresh & Renew Retreats was born and we look forward to helping women achieve their goals of self-love and growth.

Ciao! I'm Nicole. Mother, friend, and entrepreneur! I spent almost a decade of my career in health care where my favorite position was at a busy local Emergency Room in Idaho. Throughout my life, travel has also been one of my greatest passions and in the earlier 2,000's I made the leap to study abroad and live in Italy. After having my child, I developed friendships with wonderful women who blessed my life. I soon realized that many women lacked these connections and bonds in a tribe of their own so I created a group where I host monthly events to introduce and allow women a safe, inviting atmosphere to meet new people. My good friend Christi and I revisited our many past conversations of starting a women's retreat and as someone who has investigated deeply into retreats I realized there was a need for women who sought adventures that were out of the norm for a typical retreat. I am thrilled to pursue my passion of helping women form the bonds they are seeking and discovering new adventures!

Hi, I'm Lori. I am first and foremost a lover of the human spirit, I also wife, mom, and friend to the best of my ability. I have spent my whole life seeking a fullness of life that for the first 34 years completely eluded me. I knew in my soul, however, that there had to be more than just existing. Then, like a thief in the night something clicked, everything I had been discovering all through those years started coming together. My life began to get better and better until it became better than I had ever imagined it could be. Now, nothing brings me more joy than watching that same magic unfold for the people I'm fortunate enough to serve. I'm excited to meet each of you and see what magnificence lies inside you.
