MYTH: It takes up lots of time.
Self-Care doesn't have to be time consuming. At first, find 10 minutes a day to add a self-care routine. This could be an array of things including taking a nap, meditating, reading a book or even taking a bath. Whatever it is you feel YOU need, do it for 10 mins! Creating a routine will allow it to become habit before adding more self-care to your daily schedule.
